We think that any institute can open a roundtable local forum to promote the SinnoLAB issues and idea
Decisions agreed upon:
1. The newsletter will become an external means of promoting the project and the various SinnoLAB activities. Each institution is requested to submit by March 15, a mailing list of interested parties and potential partners in the institution and its vicinity. We ask you to send Anna the list of internal & external stakeholders in your institution until 20.3.2018.
Internal stakeholders: the president of the institution, vice presidents, faculty members and heads of schools, lecturers and other staff interested in this subject.
Interested parties outside the institution: economic organizations, social organizations, companies dealing with community responsibility, factors that encourage innovation and entrepreneurship in various fields, as well as Third Sector (NGOs). It is the responsibility of Anna - annakupesok@gmail.com to receive the newsletter contacts and create the mailing list. It is important for us to note that we guarantee the mailing list will not be used for any other purpose except the publication of the newsletter.
2. In the coming week, we will distribute to all institutions the questionnaires required for the fulfillment of the project's midterm report.
3. It was decided that a "Pedagogic Center" will be established within the project site, in which tools and lesson plans, presentations, proposals for activities related to innovation and entrepreneurship education will be presented. Rinat Ben-Nun bnmrinat@gmail.com from IDC will lead the construction of the Pedagogical Center will send a letter with a list of subjects. Each institution will undertake to prepare 2-3 of the topics for the pedagogic center.
It was decided to approve the proposed change of the planned study in Israel.
It was proposed to examine the possibility of joining the SinnoLAB network to an international SinnoLAB network, such as the Impact hub network. Danny Abudi of Oranim and Zeevik from Tel Hai will examine the possibility of promoting this issue and report back at the next Consortium meeting.
The second day of the meeting was devoted to a discussion on building partnerships with interested parties. At present, each institution presented proposals and ideas for building partnerships with stakeholders. The presentations were divided into finding internal stakeholders within the institution itself and finding external stakeholders in the institution's environment.
From the conclusions of the discussion, we learned:
It is important to locate internal stakeholders in each institution. These can be departments, labs, research institutes, and research that is related to areas of SinnoLAB initiatives.
The SinnoLAB can be a medium for these professionals and professional organizations to be engaged in professional development, a means of connecting to areas of social responsibility and promoting social issues.
In addition to SinnoLAB's partners, we are also required to find partners and interested parties in the proposed projects. The SinnoLAB team must think of stakeholders in a variety of areas, according to the SinnoLAB initiatives.
It is proposed to build a training course that will deal with ways of searching, locating and creating contacts between innovative idea creater and potential partners. Mentors must accompany students in the project definition stages to promote potential partners interest. Partnerships are built on the basis of common interests, a common vision and the ability of both sides to advance the issue and their activities. It is proposed to create a workshop for SinnoLAB members in order to promote this issue.
We would like to thank the hosting team from Lisbon and everyone who came to this meeting.
