Day 5 - Thursday, May 30, 2019

09:00-09:30 arrival of guests and students’ Preparation of teams for the final pitch and competition (uploading presentations, …) and of the jury for judging process (pitch scorecard)
09:30-10:00 Announcement of the program for the day, introduction of the jury members and the order of the teams’ pitches
10:00 – 12:00 Final competition (predefined order of teams’ pitches; participants will evaluate all presentations, and provide colleagues with feedback and advice on how to proceed)
12:00 - 13:00 Mentors: evaluation and decisions about the awards Student teams: discussion of what was learned from each other’s projects and presentations, evaluation of the event, etc.
13:00 – 13:30 Award ceremony
13:30 – 15:00 Lunch @ Hotel Tamaris
15:00- free time and/or travel (ferry at 15:30)

Summary

MEETING RESULTS:

Twenty hours of classes for students. the topics are included: Social Innovation, Project Management, Project budget management, Business model development and accessing external advice,
improving your business model, tools for leaders, working with stakeholders, marketing and creative thinking.
Eight hours of international mentoring: Indians, European and Israelis
teachers work in different groups to upgrade the project to
sustainable in the future and to help them to think on their next steps to promote their projects.
Ten hours of teachers workshop to work on the Educational Library for the website.
Four hours tour.

International Competition:

There are 7 groups take part in the International Competition.
The Judges were: the Island Mayor, Iva Biondik, Hilly Levietor.
The two honor groups are IDC Herzeliya-Israel-Innovative Project, Shiluv and KIIT-Nagpur India Social Project Cncler monitoring
